Using Technology Mindfully
A hands-on interactive event focusing on ‘Taking Notice & Learning’, two of the recommended ways to wellbeing.
One of the biggest challenges to doing a single thing at a time is digital technology. Technology is neither good nor bad - but we need to be mindful of how we use it. Whether you think technology is for better or worse it has become part of life for most business people. In this workshop we'll be thinking about the fundamental effects it may be having on mental health and wellbeing. We'll be looking at some suggestions to help you use technology in a more mindful way and also including a hands-on tour of some of the most up-to-date tips for using Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel more effectively and efficiently to do more in less time.
Technology is not a spectator sport – if you attend you must bring a laptop with you!
