We are very excited to announce this month's sponsor is long-standing member Ian Sadler, Customer Experience Director of insight6 for North Yorkshire, Humberside & Teesside,

insight6 is one of the UK’s leading Customer Experience businesses

They love working in partnership with businesses who want to develop and grow. Help over 1400+ customers across the UK & Ireland, by providing valuable analysis, feedback and training. Work in partnership with businesses to look at their challenges and issues and put in place a Customer Experience strategy to help them retain and gain customers, plus improve profits.

Their customers include Professional Services, Family Businesses and Groups & Chains.

So we'll be doing things a little different at this event. Ian will be delivering an interactive session where he gets members thinking about Customer Experience and improving it. It's an exercise he has used very successfully with many businesses.

We recognise that as busy business owners/managers you have limited time to plan for the future. Ian will take you through the first step of the insight6 Customer Experience model. It will get you thinking about what your customers see, feel and hear NOW in your business, and then look at what they will see, feel, and hear in the FUTURE. You will start to put in place a vision on where you want your Customer Experience to be.

Friendly, relaxed and informal. Includes regular members and those attending for the first time - all are welcome.

Free to attend for those who have pre-registered via eventbrite before 12 noon on Friday 1st November or before the complimentary tickets are all taken. Alternatively you may pay £5 cash on entry.
